• Single occupancy of double rooms is charged at 50% supplement

• 4-17 years half the adult rate
• Bridal or Mini Suite - supplement of £5.00 per person, per night
  Single night supplement £5.00 per person
• Single basic rooms £2.00 per night discount
• Travel Cots available (if required) free of charge but must be
  pre-booked

  BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY   50% of the total accommodation cost is payable to confirm a booking except where the booking is for five days or less when the full amount is payable in advance.  Cancellation within two weeks of arrival - 50% of the deposit will be refunded, thereafter any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Special ‘Winter Warmer’ Offer
Available every year from October 1- March 31

£110 per person, per week (accommodation only) single, twin and double rooms.  Offer subject to minimum four week stay, no additional supplement for those wishing to stay over Christmas and New Year.  Rooms are fully serviced with fridge and microwave so suitable for light cooking.
